Toddlers, stacking, sorting, pulling along

Walking is new, and repetition is the whole point.

Toys that stack, post, sort or get dragged along behind will be done a hundred times over, and then a hundred more. Chunky pieces survive this age. Fiddly ones do not.

What to look for at this stage

  • Chunky pieces that survive being dropped
  • Something to push, pull or stack over and over
  • Cause and effect they can set off themselves
