Delivery charges

At checkout you choose whether you are inside the valley or outside it, and the charge follows that choice. It is shown before you pay, so there is nothing to discover at the door. If your area is remote and four days is not realistic, we will tell you honestly rather than let you wait.
How to pay
Two ways, both offered at checkout.
Cash on delivery
Pay the rider in cash when the toy reaches you. Nothing leaves your hands until the parcel is in them. Available everywhere we deliver.
Bank transfer or QR
Scan the QR below or transfer to our account, then send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp. We send the parcel once the payment shows.
- Scan and pay. Open your banking or wallet app, scan the code, send the amount shown at checkout.
- Paste the transaction ID. There is a box for it at checkout. It is optional, but if you add it your payment is matched to your order straight away.
- Or send the screenshot on WhatsApp. Fastest of all – we reply and confirm within 5 minutes.
No transaction ID and no screenshot? Nothing is lost. We check every payment by hand and message you within 15 minutes either way. Prefer the account number to the QR? Ask on WhatsApp and we will send it.
Before you order
- Give a phone number the rider can actually reach on the day.
- A landmark helps more than a street name in most of Kathmandu, so add one.
- Open the parcel and check the toy while the rider is still there.
- Anything wrong or missing, message us on WhatsApp the same day with a photo and we will sort it out with you.
