How can I pay?
Two ways: cash on delivery, or bank transfer / QR before we send the parcel. Both are shown at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
Across Nepal. At checkout you pick whether you are inside the Kathmandu Valley or outside it, and the delivery charge follows that choice.
What does delivery cost?
Rs. 99 inside the Kathmandu Valley and Rs. 149 anywhere else in Nepal. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay, so there is no surprise at the door.
How long does delivery take?
Same day or the next day inside the Kathmandu Valley. Two to four days anywhere else in Nepal. If your area is remote we will tell you honestly before we send it.
Do I pay before or after delivery?
Your choice. With cash on delivery you pay the rider when the toy reaches you. With bank transfer or QR you pay first and we send it once the payment shows.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Message 9740838978 with the toy you want and your delivery address, and we will confirm the order and the charge before anything is sent.
