These terms cover buying from sanokala.com. They are written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, message us before you order and we will explain it.
Who you are buying from
SanoKala is an online children’s toy shop based in Kalanki, Kathmandu, delivering across Nepal. You can reach us on WhatsApp at 9740838978 or by email at hello@sanokala.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once we accept it and tell you so. We may decline an order if an item has sold out, if the delivery address is somewhere we cannot reach, or if we cannot confirm the details with you. If we decline after you have already paid, you get that money back in full.
You can also order over WhatsApp. The same terms apply.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Nepalese Rupees. The price you see is the price you pay for the toy; the delivery charge is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. We accept cash on delivery, and bank transfer or QR payment before dispatch.
We do not store your card or bank details. Nothing on this site asks you for them.
Delivery
Rs. 99 inside the Kathmandu Valley and Rs. 149 anywhere else in Nepal. Same or next day in the Valley, two to four days elsewhere. Remote areas can take longer and we will tell you honestly before we send it. Full detail is on the delivery and payment page.
Product descriptions and photographs
We describe every toy as accurately as we can and photograph what we actually stock. Screens differ, so colours can look slightly different from one device to another, and manufacturers occasionally change packaging without telling anyone. If what arrives is meaningfully different from what was described, that is covered by our returns and exchanges terms.
Age ranges and safe use
Every listing states the age range the toy is meant for. That range is a safety guide, not a difficulty rating, and it usually reflects small parts rather than cleverness. Please follow it, keep small parts away from children under three, and supervise play where the toy calls for it. Toys are for the use they are described for.
Returns
Set out in full on our returns and exchanges page. In short: if a toy arrives damaged, tell us within 24 hours and we exchange it, and if the mistake is ours we fix it at our cost.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has it. What we do with your information is set out in our privacy policy.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying the toy you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for harm caused by using a toy against its stated age range or instructions. Nothing here removes rights you have under Nepalese consumer law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
