The card game most families already know how to play. Match the colour or the number, use the action cards on whoever is winning, and remember to say UNO when you are down to one card.
It travels well, it takes about ten minutes a round, and it works with a mixed-age group – which is why it is usually the game that comes out when cousins visit.
